1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across all locations in India. International shipping is currently not available.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Delivery time may vary due to factors like weather, courier delays, or location.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD charges may apply and are displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp to monitor delivery status.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
